Your family thinks about you every day. We wonder what you are doing and if you know that we love you. I check the weather report many times a day just to know if you are cold or if you are hearing the rain or if it is clear and sunny and you are out side playing. I have been your mother since 08/30/2006, I wish that time would move faster so I could hold you and start our journey together. Thomas, you have a sister that talks about you all the time. I am not sure how she will react when she meets you for the first time. Your father and I have tried to prepare her for being a big sister but she is a princess and she likes having everyone at her command. My hope is when you come home that you feel the love and support that your father and I have given your sister. I think it will only be a few more weeks until we hear when we can leave. Until then feel my love on the other side of the world and know I am coming soon.

We do think about you every day. When I do things, I wish you were already here so I can show you how to do them. Teach you all the cool boy stuff, the kind of things your big sister isn't interested in. In many ways you are already here with us. You are in our minds and hearts constantly. This is your home, here is your bed, here is your chair, here are your clothes and your toys. The only thing still missing is my son. Know that it is not by choice that we sit and wait. The day our journey to pick you up cannot come soon enough. Your family - Mommy, Daddy and Sister all send our love to you and eagerly await the day that we are together as one family.
